Please check in at Registration prior to your appointment and bring your insurance cards with you for billing purposes. This will help to reduce problems in the billing process.
Insurance Processing
Our staff will prepare and file claims to your insurance company as a courtesy; however, this should not be viewed as relieving you of your obligation to pay the entire fee. To ensure timely processing of insurance claims, it is important that we have accurate information. It is your responsibility to provide this information and keep it updated. Please notify our office of any changes in your name, address, phone number or insurance information.
Your insurance carrier may cover some or all of the charges for the medical services you receive. You may receive multiple statements when certain procedures are performed. For example, a lab test that is performed or evaluated at an outside facility may result in a statement from Veritas OBGYN and an additional statement from the outside facility.
